The primary challenge was designing a brand and user experience that would communicate Boro’s dedication to providing a stress-free and efficient banking experience. The existing design needed to be modernized to better align with their vision and to improve the overall usability of their digital platforms.

The Branding & UI/UX redesign have successfully positioned Boro as a modern and user-centric bank. The new identity and digital experience have been well-received, leading to increased user engagement and satisfaction.
